With Jon Michals Realty Full Service MLS Package, you pay $750 up-front plus $850 at closing to list your home on the Multiple Listing Service.
We order the title insurance, we handle the coordination of closing, and we handle all paperwork needed to complete the transaction (Offers, Counter Offers,
Notices, Amendments, Contingencies and more).
