  • Thousands of local real estate agents and all of their buyers.
  • Expanded Internet marketing with your listing on all major real estate websites.
  • Listing sites include: wihomes.com, realtor.com, and competitor's websites.
  • High quality yard sign to make sure people know your home is for sale.
  • Brochure Box & Data sheets describing your property in detail.
  • Use of lock box to help increase showing flexibility(optional).
  • Up to 20 photos taken of interior and exterior of home and placed on MLS.
  • Discuss the listing with other area agents who may have potential buyers.
  • Send out email of listing to area realtors (REVERSE PROSPECTING).
  • 2%-3% co-broke commission to other brokers who procure buyer.
  • You set the COMMISSION (typical range between 2% - 3%).
  • Follow up showings for feedback and report back to sellers, if applicable.
  • Conduct periodic open houses when appropriate.
  • Coordinate all showings.
  • Jon Michals Realty completes handling of all the paperwork.
  • Assist with ordering of title insurance at seller expense.
