Buyer Rebate Program
When you purchase a home through Jon Michals Realty LLC, you will earn a cash rebate at closing. Use your rebate
for anything you like: closing costs, moving expenses, redecorating, furniture or anything else your heart contents.
It is a way for us to thank you for believing in us.
Restrictions:
- A signed Buyer's Agency agreement is required.
- Selling broker must offer Buyer's Agent a minimum commission of 2%.
- Jon Michals Realty LLC must procure cause for the sale.
- Rebate proram is limited to MLS listed homes with a purhcase price of $100,000 or more.
- Rebates paid under this program may qualify as taxable income. Please consult tax professional.
- Properties listed with Jon Michals Realty LLC may not be eligible for Buyer Rebate Program.
- Bonus is paid upon successfull closing and commission payment to Jon Michals Realty LLC.
